BOATS, RENTAL POLICIES, SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

PONTOON BOATS:
All Pontoon Boats are Coast Guard Approved and have life jackets for 10 people. Maxi-Toons for 12 people. All of our Pontoons and Maxi-Toons have ladders and tops. Sorry no skiing or towing with Pontoons or Maxi-Toons. Skiing and towing is allowed with Ski-Toons only.

Pontoon boats rent for:
Pontoons-- $175 cash/credit cards per day
Maxi-Toon-- $195 cash/credit cards per day
PLUS gas and taxes. We require a $200 deposit.

SKI-TOONS:
All SKI-TOONS are Coast Guard Approved and have Life Jackets for 10 people. Also furnished with each boat are one pair of Skis, one Ski Rope and one Ski Jacket. All SKI-TOONS have ladders and tops.

Ski-Toons rent for:
-- $295 cash/credit cards per day
PLUS gas and taxes. We require a $200 deposit.

RENTAL POLICIES:

· No checks for rentals
· All boats are full of fuel when rented. Boats are to be returned full of fuel. Boats NOT filled with fuel and cleaned upon return will be charged a service fee plus fuel.
· All boats must be docked by dark.
· Damaged props that can be refurbished costs $55.00. Props damaged beyond repair costs $100.
· Total amount of rental plus tax and deposit will be paid before departure.
· Provided boats are returned undamaged and full of fuel, deposits will be returned the next day. If you have departed, deposits will be mailed.

SAFETY RULES AND PROCEDURES:
The staff of Pickwick Boat Rentals wants you to have a safe boating experience, so please observe the following rules and procedures for you own safety and pleasure.
1· Capacity of Pontoons & Ski-Toons is 10 people. Maxi-Toons is 12 people. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!
2· Every person 12 years and younger is required to WEAR a coast guard approved life jacket.
3· Every one must remain seated inside the boat when engine is running. DO NOT ride on front deck. DO NOT ride on sundeck behind rear seat.
4· No wake - IDLE SPEED ONLY - All the way out of the marina to lake.
5· Turn engine off when people are in the water.
6· NO TOWING of skis, tubes, personal watercraft, or any other device behind pontoon boats.
7· Boat must be tied to a dock by dusk dark - DO NOT operate boat after dark.
8· Boat must be filled (to the top) with gas before turning in - if not, you will be charged for gas - plus a $15 service charge.
9· All trash must be removed before turning in - if not, you will be charged a $10 clean up fee.
10· You will be charged for any lost/damaged equipment - including propellers.
11· When you return we will be closed, tie boat at dock and deposit key in slot in building. You can get your deposit the next day - or we will mail it to you.
12· DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!!! - It is illegal to operate a boat while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
13· T.W.R.A. (Water Patrol) Emergency number 800-624-7406. Call only if you have an EMERGENCY and can not contact us.
14· All boats on your right (starboard) side have the right of way. Be courteous and always watch out for other boats.
15· Stay away from the barges - DO NOT cross in front of a barge.
16· Stay away from the dam.
